Kiwi-Citrus Chia Yoghurt Cup

Zingy. Creamy. Packed with a punch of vitamin C.

Let’s be honest — when you’re tired, cold, and possibly wearing three layers indoors, “cooking” a complicated breakfast or snack is just not the vibe. But giving your immune system a nudge with something fresh, hydrating, and full of good stuff? That’s where this easy yoghurt cup comes in.

Perfect as a snack, a light brekkie, or a lazy dessert that still makes you feel like you’ve got your life together.

🛒 Ingredients for One

  • 1 kiwi, peeled and sliced
  • ½ orange, segmented or chopped
  • ½ cup Greek yoghurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • Drizzle of honey (optional but lovely)

🥄 Instructions

  1. Layer it up:
    • In a glass or small bowl, start with a spoonful of Greek yoghurt.
    • Add a few slices of kiwi and orange segments.
    • Sprinkle chia seeds over the fruit.
    • Repeat until everything’s in.
    • Add a cheeky drizzle of honey on top if you’re feeling indulgent.
  2. Eat straight away or chill for 10–15 mins to let the chia soften and the flavours mingle (aka level up).

💚 Why This Cup Works Hard for Your Health

  • Kiwi and orange = a vitamin C dream team to help fend off winter colds.
  • Chia seeds provide plant-based omega-3s and a boost of fibre to keep things moving.
  • Greek yoghurt adds satisfying protein and gut-friendly probiotics.
  • Hydrating fruits help you fight dry indoor air without guzzling another glass of water.

Basically, it’s like a tiny smoothie bowl that decided to become classy.

🔄 Mix It Up!

One of the joys of this yoghurt cup is how adaptable it is:

  • Swap in mandarins, strawberries, or pineapple if you’ve run out of oranges.
  • Try coconut yoghurt if you’re dairy-free.
  • Throw in a few nuts or granola if you want a crunch factor.
  • Add a sprinkle of cinnamon for winter warmth.

Not a fan of layers? No problem. Just throw everything in a bowl and stir. We’re not here to impress MasterChef judges — we’re here to feed ourselves well and get on with life.

🥝 Small, Easy, and Seriously Good for You

When it’s cold outside and your immune system needs all the help it can get, this little cup of joy delivers. No chopping boards. No pans. Just a spoon, a bowl, and 5 minutes of your time.

And it’s cute enough to make you smile at 7am. Or 3pm. Or midnight. We don’t judge.
