These Turkey Mince Lettuce Cups are your go-to for a light but flavour-packed dinner when you’re solo, short on time, and want something a little fun. Think street food meets meal prep – minus the street and the prep.


🛒 Ingredients

  • 100g turkey mince
  • 1 tsp hoisin sauce
  • ½ carrot, grated
  • 2 butter lettuce leaves

👩‍🍳 Method

  1. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey mince and sauté until browned and cooked through.
  3. Stir in hoisin sauce and grated carrot. Cook for another 1–2 minutes until everything’s nicely coated and fragrant.
  4. Spoon the mixture into lettuce cups.
  5. Eat immediately, ideally over the sink if you’re not keen on plates (we don’t judge).
