  • 2 eggs

How To Make It

  1. Heat olive oil in a small frying pan over medium heat.

  4. Pour eggs into the pan and gently scramble with the spinach.
  5. Cook until the eggs are just set.
  6. Stir through the crumbled feta.
  7. Warm the wrap for 20 seconds in the microwave or a dry pan.
  8. Spoon the filling into the centre of the wrap.
  9. Fold, wrap and serve immediately.
